HamCon Colorado will refund any PayPal Early Bird or Advanced Registrations any time prior to 180 days from the date of purchase and before 9 days before the event. All refunds are less our Pay Pal credit card processing fees that were paid by HamCon Colorado on the date of your purchase ($.49 + 1.99% of the total purchase). Refunds of purchases made by check will be made at any time up to 9 days before the event, less the expense of issuing the refund.
If you wish to cancel inside of the 9 day period, we will refund meals only if we are able to re-sell your meals before the event. If we are notified after the meal, we are unable to refund as we have already purchased your meal.
