The location of Hamcon 2020 is an urban area and does not allow overnight camping of any kind.
There are seven RV (trailer, 5th wheel, truck camper, or motorhome) camping options that offer advanced reservations, and are within a one hour commuting distances of the site. The closest to the Hamcon site is the Cherry Creek State Park at a bit over 10 miles. At 20 to 25 miles away include the Chatfield State Park, the Jellystone Park at Larkspur and Casey Jones Park in Elizabeth. A bit further away are Colorado Heights in Monument CO, and the Denver East KOA in Strasburg CO. There are others, but they are outside the commuting distance, don’t offer advanced reservations and/or a mobile home park that are usually full.
