HamCon Colorado will refund any PayPal Early Bird or Advanced Registrations any time prior 180 days from the date of purchase. All refunds are less our Pay Pal credit card processing fees that were paid by HamCon Colorado on the date of your purchase ($.30 + 2.90% of the total purchase). Refunds of purchases made be check will be made at any time, less the expense of issuing the refund.
